This home addition was driven by the love of family and joy of cooking. The original kitchen was cramped and lacked a flow from one area to another. A peninsula blocked the path between the kitchen and the breakfast area. Adding 500 square feet to the house allowed for more room to move, plenty of extra storage, a new walk in pantry, and a larger utility room.
